We require a 50% deposit at the time of your reservation.
The balance is due upon your arrival, at check-in. An 8% New York State Sales Tax and 4% Steuben County Tax will be added to your check-in balance.
There is a two night minimum during peak season and weekends.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellations: we are a very small business and it’s usually not possible to re-book your room on short notice. As a consequence, reservation deposits are only refundable up to 14 days before your arrival, minus a 10% fee.
No-shows are responsible for full payment of your reserved room.
