Reservations
In Season (April 15 through November 15): There is a 2 night minimum stay.
Main House: The rate is $300 per night for up to two adults, per room, plus taxes. No children are permitted in the historic main house. No pets.
Carriage House Loft: The rate is $325 per night for up to two adults, plus taxes.
Children are permitted in the Loft, $25 per day per child. Roll-away beds are provided. The Loft can accommodate up to 2 children.
The Loft is dog-friendly, $15 per day. The dog fee is donated to the Finger Lakes SPCA, Bath, New York
The Historic Champlin House is Closed During the Off Season (November 16 through April 14)
A 50% deposit is required to hold your room when booked. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
We are a very small business and it’s usually not possible to re-book your room on short notice. As a consequence, reservation deposits are only refundable up to 14 days before your arrival, minus a 10% fee.
No-shows are responsible for full payment of your reserved room.
